A potent anti-viral blues busting immune boosting home remedy

Garlic –                    6 cloves minced
Ginger Root –        3  1-inch pieces fresh chopped
Turmeric Root –    3  1-inch pieces fresh chopped
Dried Turmeric –   3 teaspoons
Star Anise –            6 dried pieces of whole stars
Stinging Nettles – 3 teaspoons bulk or 3 teabags 
Clove –                     6 pieces
Bring to a boil with filtered water in a medium to large saucepan and simmer for 3 hours or more.
* Can be made in advance and reheated as beneficial properties and flavor will enhance. I store mine in sealed jars in the fridge for whenever I need a boost or a friend is sick.
