Ceremony was a wonderful and powerful experience for me. I had the first Cacao that I have ever enjoyed. Grace did a great job of setting the container, with very knowledgeable info about the medicine and a mix of plant medicine songs and mantras. There was a balanced blend of scheduled activities and space for being in the moment and improvising. The laughter yoga was a trip in itself and rather delightful. I would recommend this psychedelic therapy to anyone who is interested in ending their suffering and becoming a more complete person.
